At Michelle Denny Recruitment, we believe in doing recruitment the right way—by making a meaningful contribution to the planet. Through our partnership with Carma, a B Corp™ certified organisation, we fund the planting of trees for every business we support and every candidate we place.


Since launching this initiative, we've planted 742 trees and are on track to reach 1,000 by March. Each tree represents a step toward creating a greener, more sustainable world. By working with us, you're not just filling roles—you’re helping make a lasting, positive impact on the environment.
