The Role:

Reporting directly to the senior leadership team, you’ll be the go-to person for all things financial. From influencing key decisions to streamlining processes, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the company’s growth.

Your day-to-day job will include:

  • Taking the lead on UK accounting processes and meeting month-end deadlines with precision.

  • Preparing, reviewing, and presenting monthly P&L reports.

  • Supporting budgeting and forecasting with insights that drive decisions.

  • Collaborating with international teams to deliver detailed financial analysis.

  • Managing balance sheet reconciliations, the fixed asset register, and capex reporting.

  • Identifying and championing process improvements to enhance efficiency.

About You:

You’ll be a confident, outgoing finance professional who’s brilliant at engaging a wide variety of stakeholders. Ideally, you’ll bring:

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA full or part qualification.

  • A solid track record and sound understanding of management accounting, with strong financial modelling and analysis skills.

  • Great communication skills – you'll be able to make even the most complex numbers sound somewhat straightforward!

  • A proactive mindset and passion for delivering excellent results.

  • Bonus points if you can talk confidently in French... s'il vous plaît.

Why This Role?

This is a rare chance to step into a business that’s growing fast, working alongside senior colleagues to make a real impact. With a collaborative culture, a diverse portfolio, and a dynamic environment, it’s the perfect place to bring your expertise and ambition.

Location: Diss, Norfolk, with up to 2 days WFH

Ideally, you’ll live within 1.5 hours of Diss for a manageable commute.

If you’re eager to take ownership, bring fresh ideas, and play a key role in driving financial success, we want to hear from you.
