Renowned for their exceptional client care and strong results, they’re on the lookout for an experienced Fast Track Personal Injury Claims Handler to join their friendly and supportive team. This role offers a salary of up to £45,000 per annum, working Monday to Friday with a fully remote or hybrid option of three days in the office and two days working from home.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Fast Track Personal Injury Claims Handler, you’ll take the lead on a caseload of approximately 125 fast-track claims, guiding your clients through the process with care and professionalism. From start to finish, you’ll ensure cases are handled efficiently, settlements are reached, and clients feel fully supported every step of the way.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Managing your own caseload of fast-track personal injury claims, with a focus on vulnerable road users.

  • Keeping clients informed in a clear and empathetic way, including cost updates and settlement progress.

  • Negotiating settlements with insurers and other parties to secure the best outcomes.

  • Reviewing medical reports and evidence to assess liability and accurately value claims.

  • Providing clear advice on settlement ranges and next steps.

  • Ensuring compliance with legal and company regulations.

  • Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records on the case management system.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience managing fast-track personal injury claims.

  • Strong knowledge of personal injury legislation and claims processes.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

  • The ability to stay organised, juggle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • A collaborative approach to working with colleagues and sharing ideas.

  • Confidence using case management systems and general IT tools.

  • A client-focused mindset, always looking to improve the customer experience.

Why This Role?

This is your chance to be part of a firm that genuinely cares about the people they help. You’ll work with a team who value your expertise, offer a supportive environment, and make a real difference for clients at a critical time in their lives.
